WHAT IS TENCEL™ LYOCELL?
All of Eucalypso's bedding products are made from 100% TENCEL™ Lyocell derived from wood sources including eucalyptus wood pulp. We use authentic certified TENCEL™ Lyocell created by Lenzing Fibers, for the best in quality.
The TENCEL™ Lyocell manufacturing process starts with fibers produced from raw wood including eucalyptus wood pulp. TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are extracted from wood using a closed loop system which recovers and reuses the majority of solvents used, minimizing the environmental impact of production. Lenzing Group, the creator of TENCEL™ Lyocell, has dedicated 80 years to the practice of creating and designing innovative fabrics that are durable and comfortable.

FARMING
Eucalypso’s fiber source - TENCEL™ Lyocell - has a manufacturing process that begins with source material wood harvested from forests in Austria that is sustainably managed with FSC and PEFC certifications.

MILLING
All our Eucalypso products are milled in a partnership with Lenzing Company. TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are extracted from wood using a closed loop system which recovers and reuses the majority of solvents used, minimizing the environmental impact of production. Our partners at Lenzing are committed to the concept of circular economy, by recycling and reusing throughout their processes.
LOCATIONS: KARACHI, PAKISTAN& SHANGHAI, CHINA
PRODUCTION
This is a global process: once finished in Austria, the TENCEL™ Lyocell fabrics are shipped for manufacturing. Our facilities in Pakistan and China complete the finishing touches, including tailoring and packaging. The products then continue their global journey en route to their final, happy homes.
